Lithuania Visa Requirements

BUSINESS VISA

  1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be accepted by the Embassy.
  3. Attach all your old passports (if any)
  4. Lithuania Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
  5. Please note : Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing
  6. Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
  7. Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  8. Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to– The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, New Delhi
  9. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Lithuania host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
  10. Copy of invitation letter, approved by the Migration department of the Republic of Lithuania.
    1. Financials: Personal ITR for last 3 years
    2. Personal & Company Bank Statement for last three months mentioning applicant’s name and address
    3. Six months salary slip
    4. Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque
    1. Proof of Occupation: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
    2. Brief Company Profile
    3. Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
    4. Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
  11. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
  12. Medical : Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros
  13. Please Note: Personal Appearance is Mandatory.
  14. Normal : 4151.00 , VFS: 0.00

TOURIST VISA

  13. Employed: Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter
  14. NOC from Employer
  15. Student: Leave Sanction Letter from school
  16. Parents have to provide ITR, Bank statement and NOC letter
  17. Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area
  18. Please note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Lithuania.
  19. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
  20. Medical : Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros
  21. Please Note: Personal Appearance is Mandatory.
